This year’s event will take a new direction towards more of a festival atmosphere. The fishing tournament will surpass last year with bigger payouts and early signup bonus tournament. There will also be door prizes, junior angler awards, female angler awards and a whole pig roast. Live entertainment will highlight the weekend, ending with a free performance by the Molly Ringwalds immediately following the weigh-in and awards ceremony.

With festival season coming, below, we've listed several April events from our Tourism festival/events page.   To keep up with all the events in the Bay-Waveland area, bookmark the Cleaver's Community Calendar and the ever-popularUpcoming Events page!
