Winds are pushing more salt water into our local waters, which will bring more fish back into the area. Happy fish, happy fishermen!

We are also seeing a mix of white trout and ground mullet here and there.
The live shrimp have been very hard to come by, so if you are lucky enough to find some, I would strongly recommend getting it. The dead shrimp have been working fine for now. Our boats have been fishing around Bay Saint Louis, the Louisiana marsh, and down south. As with most days, structure has played a huge part in everything we are doing. All our efforts have been focused on the reefs, oyster beds, or anything that is holding barnacles and/or shells. It seems to get a little better every day. As long as these southerly winds keep pumping the salty water in here, things should keep getting more fishy! Enjoy this feature?
