This volunteer group saves an enormous amount of lives each year, working at the constantly overcrowded Hancock Animal Shelter to help get dogs adopted, transport to homes out-of-state and assist with spay-neuter programs to bring down the shocking numbers of unwanted companion animals.  Donations and volunteers always needed and welcome.
