“Inside Out with HL Raymond Properties” Goes Worldwide

The second season of “Inside Out with HL Raymond Properties,” the local real estate show from Holly Lemoine-Raymond, is now available free on YouTube.

Holly Lemoine-Raymond consulted with HGTV in 2016 when several of their production companies filmed Beachfront Bargain Hunt and You Live In What? here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She was paying close attention; her hopes were to someday launch her own real estate show, to spread the word about the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, and Bay St. Louis in particular.

Through hard work and perseverance, the owner and broker of HL Raymond Properties started her own production company, HL Raymond Production, LLC - and the rest, as they say, is history.
 
Inside Out with HL Raymond Properties, produced by Holly's production company, is more than a real estate showcase; it's a fascinating guessing game. The show features beautiful interior and exterior views of three different local homes, and viewers are challenged to match them up correctly.

“It’s a great way to show off our area and some of its homes, with a twist!” explained Holly.

Last year, Holly pitched her idea to WLOX in Biloxi and network execs from stations in Hattiesburg and New Orleans, too. The network liked the idea, and Inside Out with HL Raymond Properties was born.

Episode 3 features looks at three wedding barns, including this beautiful space in Perkinston, MS.

Inside Out was an unprecedented success on WLOX and its sister stations. During its first season, the ratings carried it to the #2 position for shows of its type, prompting an order for a second season.

The format was changed slightly to make more of a game of matching house interiors to exteriors, and less emphasis was placed on featuring homes for sale.

“In fact,” Holly said, “only one of the featured homes are currently for sale.” The second season, too, was immensely popular.
 
Fast-forward to today: Due to the coronavirus outbreak, most television production has halted. With new productions on hold, Holly wanted to share Inside Out with locals who do not receive WLOX/Biloxi or WGNO/New Orleans.

​“Who doesn’t want to see the inside of their neighbor’s house?” Holly laughed.

The first episode of Season Two features looks at three outstanding coastal kitchens, including one with this beautiful reclaimed stained-glass pantry door.

 
Through YouTube, the show is also available to a worldwide audience.

​“I wanted to tell the story of the fabulous Mississippi Gulf Coast to everyone, everywhere,” she explained. “This seemed like the best way to do that.”
 
Holly created a YouTube channel for Inside Out with HL Raymond Properties and uploaded all six episodes of the second season of the show for viewers to enjoy, free of charge. Also available is a behind-the-scenes blooper reel.

Episode 4 features three small homes, including this exquisitely cozy abode in Bay St. Louis.
