On June 12, 2021, some of the best Mississippi artists, writers and musicians were recognized for their work at the annual Mississippi Institute of Arts and Letters (MIAL) awards dinner in Pass Christian. Two years' worth of winners were recognized, since the 2020 awards dinner was canceled due to COVID-19. With 16 winners on hand, the room was truly brimming with creative thought and bright talent.
