It may have been a little cloudy, but spirits were bright on the first "Bay day" of Cruisin' the Coast 2020.

Musclecars, hot rods, daily drivers and all sorts of nostalgic "oldies but goodies" arrived Thursday in Bay St. Louis for the annual Cruisin' the Coast car lovers festival.

Owners drove (and trailered) their cars from all over the U.S. for a week of car-related events and cruise-ins from Bay St. Louis to Biloxi.

Thursday brought MOPARs of all vintages to the Depot District for "MOPAR Day in Da Bay, a MOPAR-lovers-only picnic sponsored by two local car clubs. Elsewhere in town shiny paint, high horsepower and chrome ruled the day.
