A group of zany friends came together for the Second Saturday Artwalk in Old Town BSL on Feb. 13, to celebrate the carnival season with a "Thrift Shop Stroll."  Noel Allen, who created the concept, says that next year the friends want to make it an official event and the public will be invited to participate.  So start hitting those thrift shops now!
